If you have yet to hear of Zoom, you ought to be shot! (just kiddin’!) Zoom is a powerful platform that allows you to host meetings in an effortless way. This tool experienced exponential adoption by almost everyone (B2B & B2C) during the pandemic in 2020 and became a savior. I love using Zoom over Google Meet, Microsoft Teams to record any of my calls, meetings, coaching sessions to filming my course lessons, and more!

BERRYCAST - SCREEN RECORDING SOFTWARE

BerryCast is a BerryUseful screen recording and video messages sharing software! I love to use Berrycast to record my screen for online trainings, quick how-to videos to even YouTube videos! Consider BerryCast if you're thinking about creating online training courses with a handful of on-screen tutorials, especially if your video length exceeds 5 minutes. You can also use BerryCast to capture video from your webcam and audio from your computer and external mic. The video output is of high-quality!

FLODESK - EMAIL MARKETING

My go-to choice for a stand-alone email autoresponder for building your email list effortlessly. I’ve been using Flodesk for over a year now, and it’s seriously one of the BEST email autoresponders I experienced so far. Workflow automation, forms, landing pages, and the intuitive interface makes me keep returning to the tool despite me testing out other available tools in the market. If you are ready to send out aesthetically-pleasing crafted emails to grow, nurture and convert your subscribers fast and easily, then this tool is a no-brainer to have! Personally, I embrace Flodesk as my email service provider of choice as it delivers workflow automation and analytics tracking capabilities without the steep price.

CONVERTKIT - EMAIL MARKETING

ConvertKit is another one of my recommended email marketing software more suited for creators and entrepreneurs especially when you’re starting out. The tool comes packed with plenty of user-friendly features - such as allowing you to create landing pages, forms, add personalization to sending broadcast emails. Essentially, this tool makes your email marketing and lead collection experience virtually stress-free.

SQUARESPACE

If you need a website (and not a sales funnel), this is my FAVOURITE drag and drop website builder. Almost hassle-free and simple enough for you to build an entire website that is super custom to you. This easy-to-use website builder is a game-changer especially since you can easily choose from their library of templates, build out, or update a page without having to learn to code or have kickass tech skills. GSUITE - DATA STORAGE, FILE ORGANIZATION

Classic collaborative tool for you and your team to work with content, files, or images in tandem, and host internal documents accessible from online anywhere. I also enjoy using GSuite with the custom domain name feature to create all my professional emails.
